In France, for a very long time, Cognac has been consumed at the end of the meal as an after-dinner liqueur.
Today Cognac is reinventing itself: it is still appreciated alone, but it also mixes well with other drinks to create refined and surprising cocktails.
Do not hesitate anymore and try these amazing cocktails !
Put the lemon zest and the slivers of ginger in the glass.
Pour 2 cl of VSOP Cognac. Press lightly 2 or 3 times with a pestle.
Fill half of the glass with ice cubes. Stir in during 5 seconds with a spoon.
Pour again 2 cl of VSOP Cognac. Add the lemonade and the peel of cucumber.
Stir in during 5 seconds with a spoon.
Put the ice cubes in the cocktail shaker then add the Cognac, the liqueur and the juice.
Close the cocktails shaker and shake until the sides start to freeze.
Pour the shaker content inside the glass (while catching hold of the ice) and decorate with the strawberry.
